CropLife's Bees Matter wanted to host an event for media and influencers that would 1) kickoff National Planting Week (June 4-8) and 2) inform attendees of what Bees Matter does.
The first portion of the event was hosted by special guest speakers. Afterwards, influences participated in a planting workshop where they chose and potted wildflowers.
My role was to design the look and feel of the event, provide in-theme food suggestions, create all web and print assets, and work closely with a producer to make everything happen.
My favourite part was definitely the large decal, as it really made a statement on District 28's white, sun-drenched walls. :)
